Comments: Type locality, 'Red Cliff off Bazaruto', 130-140 fms (ca. 237- 256 m), RUSI 6128 (formerly ORI 2529) (neotype, 29.8 cm TL, mature male) (Ref. 75585). Occurs in southern Mozambique (Ref. 5510, 5578). Also Ref. 244, 5213.
