Comments: Known from Orshuun, Khalkh, Onon and Kherlen rivers and their tributaries; and also Lake Buir. Translocated in 1932 into the Lake Shashka from where it entered the River Selenge and rapidly invaded rivers of this drainage up to Rivers Orchon, Kharaa, Tuul, Eyruu and Lake Ugii (Ref. 57778).
