Uses: no uses
Comments: Discovered in a small pond north of Copenhagen in October 1997. Apparently introduced, but the large number of specimens, the age and size range, ovipositor females, and presence of bivalves essential for spawning, all indicate that spawning has taken place in the pond. The number of lateral line scales allies the population to the European subspecies R. sericeus amarus (Ref. 39914). Ref. 39114 as Rhodeus sericeus.
