Comments: Known from the lower Congo (Ref. 1877), middle Congo River (Ref. 1877, 1878, 41590), Lake Mai-Ndombe and Wagenia Falls (Ref. 42480). Report from the Lomami (Ref. 41590) unconfirmed in Ref. 106245; MRAC collection database places this Lomami report, as well as other specimens of the same collectore, in the village of Lomami on the Lomela River (Ruki drainage). Also Ref. 3203.
