Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 7-7; Dorsal soft rays (total): 14-15; Anal spines: 1-1; Anal soft rays: 14-15. Caudal fin rounded; longitudinal black band along middle of side until end of caudal fin and a subdorsal band from head to caudal peduncle (Ref. 43002).
