Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range - 1865 m
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific. off Panama Gulf.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Rare species, known from a depth of 1,865 m (Ref. 34024). Oviparous, with oval pelagic eggs floating in a gelatinous mass (Ref. 205).

Threat to humans:  harmless
